Recent Projects

• independent verification and testing agency (IVTA) providing technical advice on concrete, steel and other specialist building materials for the world's tallest building, the Burj Dubai, UAE
• EIA and transport planning including master plan and development brief for the Al Barari Development, spread over 14.2 million sq. ft. of prime elevated land, and forming part of Dubailand – one of Dubai’s latest mixed-use developments
• landuse and infrastructure master planning for two of the worlds largest man-made islands off the coast of Dubai, The Palm Jumeirah (master plan update) and The Palm Jebel Ali (master plan development and concept design)
• interior design, architecture, engineering and landscape design for “Raha Gardens”, a 5 km long mixed-use development on the outskirts of Abu Dhabi consisting of residential, commercial, retail and leisure facilities
• urban and architectural design guidelines, master plan and environmental impact assessment for Dubai Maritime City, envisioned to become an international hub of maritime business
• principal consultant for the redevelopment of Sharjah International Airport, including expansion of transit area and departure gates, extension of arrivals concourse, customs and immigration pods
