Recent Projects

• urban infrastructure design of US$30 million of roads, public utilities, trunk mains and pumpstations for two major subdivisions consisting of over 4,000 lots, including road network planning, investigation, all phases of design and tendering
• principal design consultant - Cultural Village, an innovative waterfront development incorporating multi-purpose venues for cultural activities, commercial, retail and residential areas.
• road construction phase services in and around the capital, Doha, and the northern town of Al Khor.
• long-term environmental assessment of air, noise, groundwater, geomorphology, marine water and marine ecology at the New Doha International Airport Site
• apron upgrade at Doha International Airport – pavement failure assessment, pavement re-carpeting design, apron lighting and apron/taxiway line markings.
• concept design, design development and construction supervision - Al Bidda Tower, a 200 meter tall, 45 floor high rise recognizable for it's 'Tornado-like" design. The tower represents style and innovation in design and is set to attract much prime attention amongst an evolving Doha skyline.
• design of landscape spaces for the Cultural Village phase III project in West Bay, Doha, including private villa landscapes as well as the extensive public open spaces available to residents.
• trunk sewerage scheme in the New District of Doha including construction of a submersible pumping station, underground reinforced concrete 5,000 m³ sewage attenuation tank. Supervision and contract administration services provided.
• complete project solution from concept to construction completion of Al Handasa Complex, a 92,600 sq. m mixed-use development consisting of a commercial center and four residential buildings.
